01 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the jita wine platform and its users. By accessing jitawine.ws or using the mobile application, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Jita wine refers to the entity operating jitawine.ws, including all its staff, partners, and affiliated organizations. "User" or "Member" refers to any individual registered on this platform.

• Account — the personal profile created upon registration.

• Wallet — the virtual money balance held within your account.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to create an account on Jita wine. These rules are in place not just for compliance, but to protect both you and the platform.

• Your account may not be shared with or transferred to anyone else.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Jita wine conducts identity verification (Know Your Customer) in compliance with international financial regulations. Any of the following documents may be requested prior to withdrawal or in cases of suspicious activity:

• A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Bank statement or mobile banking transaction record.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or equivalent).

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jita wine are secure, encrypted, and continuously monitored. All major payment methods popular in Bangladesh are supported.

Deposit Rules

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned if received.
• Jita wine reserves the right to set a maximum deposit limit.
• Deposits are usually instant, but may be delayed due to bank or payment gateway processing times.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Jita wine reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if it is deemed suspicious.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.

04 Betting Rules

Placing bets on jita wine requires compliance with specific rules that apply equally to all members.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The cash-out feature is only available on select markets.
• Jita wine reserves the right to void any bet recorded due to a system error.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly, the affected bet will be voided and the stake refunded.

In the Event of a Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, stakes for all bets will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended after starting and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
• In cricket, results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method will be considered valid.

Maximum Bet & Payout Limits

Jita wine reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for each market. These limits may vary for matches in major tournaments. The maximum single payout amount will be communicated separately.

05 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Bonuses and promotional offers on Jita wine are an added benefit for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer comes with a wagering requirement — the bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been met.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used in eligible betting markets. Not all markets qualify for bonus use.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Jita wine reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

Referral Bonus

You can earn a referral bonus by referring friends to jita wine. To qualify, the referred person must be a new member and must complete a first deposit of the required minimum amount.

06 Prohibited Activities

Jita wine is committed to maintaining a fair and safe platform. Any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with false identity or information.
• Abusing bonus arbitrage or exploiting the bonus system.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Attempting to hack or exploit any vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using funds for money laundering or terrorist activities.
• Placing bets using third-party funds.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Jita wine reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for any reason. However, such action is typically taken in cases of prohibited activity or a breach of terms.

Members Can Also Close Their Own Account

• Self-Exclusion: You can voluntarily suspend your account for a set period.
• To permanently close your account, please contact support.
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing your account.

08 Responsible Gaming

Jita wine is committed to responsible betting. Betting is entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income. We want our members to enjoy themselves, but always safely.

• You can set personal daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows you to pause your betting activity for a set period of time.

09 Dispute Resolution
